Agricultural Dehydration Systems

Wal-Dor Industries began in 1979 providing dryers for agricultural applications. While we quickly expanded to provide metal fabrication for many different applications, we continue to fabricate commercial dehydrators. Our VERS-A-BELT Dryers provide drying solutions for grains, produce, and wood-based products. Our diverse experience will enable us to find the best solution for you, whatever your requirements and challenges.

Wayne and Mark’s Story

Wayne and Mark Eckstein began working at Wal-Dor industries as a young man. He quickly gained the respect and trust of local millwrights who provided him with experience and training in metal and structural steel fabrication. He was known for his integrity, work ethic, and skillful attention to detail. Today, he takes the same attentive approach with his clients and his team of skilled workers. His machinist training enables him to work effectively with detailers and engineering partners to provide design/build solutions for clients.

Engineering and Detailing Services

 Wal-Dor Industries works closely with seasoned engineering professionals to provide you with design and detailing services if you require them. We will also work from your own drawings and specifications.

Location

Wal-Dor Industries operates out of New Hamburg, Ontario, on Highway 7/8 between Stratford and Kitchener, fifteen minutes from Highway 401. We are located within a two hours’ drive from Toronto, Detroit, and Buffalo. Our delivery services are available to companies and institutions within the K-W area and across Canada and the United States.

Capacity

Wal-Dor Industries is equipped to handle your metal fabrication project, large or small. Our shop has an area of 16,000 square feet. It includes:

  • two CNC brake presses (14’/250 tons and 12’/160 tons)
  • two shears (12’ x 3/8” and 12’ x ½”)
  • a paint booth (45’ x 25’)
  • saws and metal punches.
